Vaiva Palma is an event moderator, speaker and the founder of Climate Confessions, a strategic communications and media company helping energy and sustainability-driven organizations turn complex challenges into meaningful narratives. As an executive advisor, she currently embeds with ju:niz Energy as External Head of Marketing & ESG, shaping the battery storage pioneer’s marketing function.
Her more than a decade in the European energy sector includes building GETEC’s marketing function from the ground up in Germany — running multi-channel B2B campaigns, establishing thought leadership and positioning, and leading internal change communications through a major transformation — and nearly ten years at E.ON. She began by mentoring startups on positioning and go-to-market strategy through the group’s investment arm, before leading marketing and communications for its hydrogen and innovation divisions, including a campaign that scaled its open innovation narrative to a Europe-wide audience of over 120 million people.
A trained journalist by background, she holds a Master’s in Media and Political Communication and is currently based in Dubai.
Most of the useful conversation in this industry happens after the panel ends. The podcast exists to move that conversation on the record, without turning it into a press release.
